AND STANDARDS
International Certification and meeting International Standards is an objective many Businesses and Building owners have. LEED
LEED is Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design standards.

WELL BUILDING STANDARD
The WELL Building Standard is a Building Certification that focuses on Human health and Wellness in buildings.
WELL is a performance based system for measuring, monitoring and certifying the functions within a building that impact on the lives of the employees in that building.
These functions include air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort, and mind.
We have worked with WELL certified clients and have provided them with measured data to allow them continue to manage and maintain their WELL Certification.
GRESB
GRESB is the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark.
Institutional Investors use GRESB data to manage ESG Risks capitalise on opportunities and engage with investment managers.
